Haartz Organics Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is Haartz Organics Pvt. Ltd. located at L-48 in the Additional Midc area of Mahad. We are out in Birwadi, which is part of the Mahad Taluka in the Raigad district. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, especially during the monsoon when the rain in this part of Maharashtra is very heavy. The industrial area is surrounded by green hills, but inside the gate, it’s all about the work. We handle organic materials and various chemicals in our unit. You’ll see a lot of blue drums stacked up near the entrance most days. The building is a typical industrial structure with a tin roof that makes a lot of noise when it rains. We have a small laboratory area where we check things, but the main part of the unit is where the mixing and processing happen. It is quiet out here compared to the big cities, but the work keeps us very busy. We have a small team from the local villages who help us run the daily operations. Most of us eat our lunch together under the shade of the small tree near the back fence. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Just a simple gate with our name on it and the address L-48. It’s a serious environment because we have to be careful with the materials we use, but we still find time for a joke or two during the breaks.
