MHT Developers Private Limited is based out of the MIDC area in Taloja. Our office is at Plot No- J 13/2, which is right in the middle of all the industrial activity in Panvel. If you’ve ever been to this part of Navi Mumbai, you know it’s always loud and moving. We chose this spot because it's close to where a lot of the actual building happens. Dealing with projects in Raigarh means being on-site a lot, so we aren't always sitting behind a desk. Usually, there’s a layer of dust on everything because of the trucks passing by. We handle a mix of different developer tasks, mostly trying to figure out the best way to use the land we have. It’s hard work and the weather in Maharashtra doesn’t always help, especially during the monsoon when everything turns to mud. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a receptionist. It’s just a small team working out of Taloja. Most of the time we are talking to contractors or checking on supply deliveries. It can be stressful when things don't go as planned, but that is just part of the job. We've been at this address for a bit now and people in the area know us. We just try to stay busy and keep the projects on track without too much fuss. It's a practical business for practical people. We stay open late most nights because there is always something that needs finishing before the next day starts.
