Mh Patil Infra Private Limited is located out in the Raigad district. Our place is House Number 152B in Belwade Khurdpen. It’s a bit more of a rural or semi-rural setting compared to the big city offices in Mumbai or Pune. We like it that way because it puts us closer to some of the actual work we do. The office is basically a part of a local house, which makes it very different from a corporate environment. There aren't any cubicles or fancy lighting here. It’s just a sturdy building where we keep our records and meet with our local team. Working in the Raigad area means we have to be practical and ready for anything, especially during the monsoon season when things get a bit difficult around here. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to polish up our image. We’re just a bunch of people who know the land and the local area well. Most of our meetings happen at a simple wooden table with a lot of tea and conversation about the next steps for a project. We’ve been at this address for quite some time, and people in the village know who we are. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We don't make big promises, we just do the physical labor and the planning that needs to happen. It's a quiet, honest life here, and we appreciate it.
