We are based out of Panvel, specifically in Sector-7 at the Simran building. Our shop is number 28, and it’s a place where we spend most of our daylight hours. Being in Raigarh district, things feel a little different than the middle of Mumbai, which we like. We focus on square footage and finding space for people, hence the name we picked. It’s a straightforward real estate operation. We aren't fans of those fancy presentations or using big words to confuse people. Instead, we just show what’s available on the plots around here. Panvel is growing fast, and we’ve seen a lot of new construction lately. It keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time out in the field, looking at properties and then coming back to the shop to sort out the details. Sometimes the paperwork gets piled up, but we eventually get through it all. It’s just a few of us working together. We know the local shops and the people around Sector-7 pretty well by now. If someone needs to find a place or sell their current one, they usually just drop by and have a chat. We try to be helpful and give them the straight story on what things are worth. It’s a quiet life but a busy one, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep it simple and honest with everyone.
