Our business is MDC Construction Private Limited, and we are based out of Panvel in Raigarh. Specifically, you can find us at Sunrise CHS in the B-wing on the 7th floor, flat 27. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but it is a good spot for us. Panvel is a fast-growing area, and we have been lucky to be right in the middle of it. The office itself is quite modest. It’s basically just a few rooms filled with blueprints, computers, and various site records. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot on fancy furniture or polished decor. We’d rather focus on the construction work we do. Most of our time is actually spent out on various sites, but this is where we come to do all the administrative stuff and meet with our partners. It’s a local operation, and we know the Raigarh area quite well. We don't use any big corporate talk or mission statements. We just try to do our job and stay busy. If you come by Sunrise CHS, just head to the B-wing. It’s a regular residential building, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial space. We have a small, dedicated staff, and we all know each other well. It’s a straightforward way to run a construction business, and it works for us.
