MANYAK CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Khopoli in the Raigarh district. Our main office is over in Building B9 of Gagangiri Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot in Khalapur where we can actually get some work done without too many distractions. We’ve been involved in construction projects around Maharashtra for a while now. We aren't some big city firm that doesn't understand local issues. We know how the weather here affects building materials and how hard it can be to get certain things delivered up the hills. Most of our days involve checking on progress and making sure we aren't wasting materials. We try to be very careful with the budget because we know how much it matters to the people we work with. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a flashy website or a team of public relations people. It’s just us, some phones, and a lot of site visits. Sometimes we get frustrated with delays, just like anyone else, but we try to stay patient and push through. It’s important to us that when we finish a project, it’s something we aren't ashamed of. We just want to keep working and providing for our families by doing a job we understand. It’s honest work, and that’s plenty for us at the end of the day.
