Malhar Imperial Private Limited

Malhar Imperial Private Limited is based out of the Kamdhenu Builders Developers office, specifically Office 2010 in Kamdhenu Commerz. We are located in Panvel, which is part of the Raigarh district. It is a growing area, and things are changing fast around here. Our office is a busy place, usually filled with the sound of people talking on phones and the rustle of maps and contracts. We work closely with the folks at Kamdhenu and keep our own projects moving along too. Panvel is a bit different from the main city; it feels a bit more spread out but still has that hustle. We spend a lot of time checking on progress and making sure the logistics are sorted out. It’s not always easy, especially with the dust and the heat in this part of the state. We don't really go in for those big marketing speeches. We just look at the site plans and try to make sure everything is being built the way it should be. There is a lot of paperwork that people don't see, and that takes up most of our afternoons. We are just a group of people who know this area and want to contribute to how it’s being built up. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our toes. We just take the projects as they come and try to stay productive.
