MAGNOVA STONE PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out in Khopoli, right across from the Alta company. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming all the way from the main city, but this is where we have the space we need. Mulgaon is the place where we set up Magnova Stone Private Limited. Our plot is SR NO 11/2/3. It is mostly outdoor work here because we deal with large stones. We have a lot of open ground for the blocks and the cutting equipment. The air is a bit clearer out here in the Raigarh district compared to the middle of Mumbai, which we appreciate. Most days it is just us and the machines running. We handle a lot of heavy material, so there is always a crane or a loader moving something around the site. It is definitely not a quiet environment. People usually find us because we are right opposite that big Alta factory building. If you drive past that, you have probably gone too far down the road. We started this place because the location worked for getting the raw materials in and out easily. There is plenty of dust, and the guys are usually covered in it by the time lunch rolls around. We do not have a fancy reception area or a showroom. We just have a basic desk and some chairs for when people come to talk about their stone orders. We keep all the files in a small cabin. It’s simple, but it works for us.
