Magnova Buildcon Private Limited

Magnova Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Khopoli. We are right opposite Alta in Mulgaon, specifically at Sr No 11/2/3. It’s a decent spot for a construction business since we can get to different sites around Raigarh fairly easily. We started this because there was always a lot of building work happening in the 410203 area. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just putting up structures and making sure they stay standing. The office is simple. We spend most of our hours looking at site plans or talking to vendors about brick and sand prices. Sometimes the rain in this region slows us down, but that is just how it goes with outdoor work. We have a few steady hands on the team who know their way around a job site. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Usually, someone is at the Mulgaon office if you need to drop off paperwork or ask a question about a project. We don't spend money on big ads. Most folks around here know where we are located. We take the jobs as they come and try to do right by the people we work for. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of receipts. Khopoli is a growing place, so there is always something needing to be built or fixed up. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
