Macon

Macon is situated at Plot No. 12, Radha Niwas, which is part of the Sanmitra Mandal area in Ris-Bhatwadi. This is in the Taluka-Khalapur region, specifically Mohopada Rasayani. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the main city areas, but we like the space we have. Radha Niwas is more like a house that we’ve turned into our workspace. It’s got a very local feel to it. You can hear the neighborhood sounds throughout the day. We do our work here without much interruption. The team is quite small, mostly just local folks who know the area well. We don't have any flashy signs or glass frontages. It’s just a practical place for us to get things done. We deal with whatever projects come through Macon, mostly focusing on the day-to-day operations. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or find something else to do. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Being in Mohopada Rasayani gives us a bit more peace than being in the middle of a crowded industrial zone. We’ve been at Plot No. 12 for some time and the neighbors are all friendly. It's an honest living and we just keep things moving along as best as we can without any unnecessary drama or corporate talk.
