Laxmi Mahila Gruh Udyog

Laxmi Mahila Gruh Udyog is situated in Pedali Village, which is part of the Sudhagad Taluka. Our place is near the Pali Post Office and not far from the State Bank of India. It’s a quiet village area most of the time. We are a small group of women from the village who work together here. The building we use is very basic and simple. We don't have any corporate offices or big meetings. Our day is spent sitting together and preparing different products by hand. It might be snacks or other small household items. We talk about our families and things happening in the village while we work. It’s a nice way to spend the day. The bank nearby is a good landmark, and we often see people we know heading there. We don't have fancy technology or marketing teams. It’s just us, some basic tools, and our own effort. Sometimes the weather makes it difficult to get around, especially during the heavy rains in Maharashtra, but we still manage to get the work done. We are just local people trying to earn a living and keep our traditions going. It’s not a big industry, just a small community effort in a corner of Pedali. We keep our overhead low and just focus on the task at hand. It’s simple, humble work and that is exactly how we like it.
