Our business is set up in Nav Bharat CHS, specifically in B2-103 on Plots 5 and 6 in Sector 2 of New Panvel. Being in Panvel means we’re tucked away in a corner of the Thane district that’s always growing. The office is inside a cooperative housing society, so it feels like a real community around us. We handle both the pharmaceutical side and the distribution, so there are always boxes moving through the door. It can get a bit cluttered with all the samples and paperwork, but we manage to find everything eventually. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We don't have any big corporate policies to follow, we just do what needs to be done to keep the business going. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the commute a bit of a hassle, but once we're in the office with a hot drink, it’s fine. We spend a lot of time talking to local pharmacies and making sure they have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the timing is right. We don't use any fancy software, just some basic computers and a lot of notebooks. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we like it that way. We just keep working away at our desks in New Panvel, day in and day out. The fan in the corner makes a clicking noise.
