At Klpta Research Services Private Limited, we work out of Flat No 701 in the Lamar building, which is part of the Kesar Exotica complex in Sector 10, Kharghar. Navi Mumbai is a bit more spread out than the main city, and Kharghar has a lot of green space around, which is nice when you need a break from research papers and screens. We’ve been here in Raigarh district for a while now. The office feels more like a home because it basically is one, just filled with desks and files. We focus on research services, which sounds broad, but we mostly just dig into the details that other people might miss. It’s quiet in the building usually, which helps with concentration during long hours. We don’t really do big marketing pushes or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know we’re based here in Sector 10. The team is small, and we usually have lunch together in the kitchen area. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place for us. Sometimes the lifts in the building act up and we have to wait, but otherwise, it’s a good spot to work. We chose Kharghar because it’s easier for some of us to commute to than going all the way into Mumbai. It’s practical. We just show up, do the research work that needs doing, and try to keep our clients happy with honest results. That is basically our whole story.
