If you head over to Sector 20 in Kharghar, you’ll find Encore Impex at 702 Iris Kesar Garden. We are way up on the seventh floor, so the view of the surrounding area is actually pretty good when we have a second to look out the window. It’s a residential-style building, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass towers. We handle all the import and export paperwork from here. Most of our time is spent on the phone or at our desks, checking schedules and making sure things are moving where they need to go. Kharghar is a growing area, so there’s always some construction happening nearby. Iris Kesar Garden is a known spot, so people usually find us okay. Inside, it’s just a regular office space with computers, stacks of files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s a lot of logistical work and staying on top of details. The commute into Sector 20 can be a bit of a trek depending on where you’re coming from, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got our routine down. We show up, deal with the day’s shipments, and try to keep things organized. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t really go in for big corporate speeches; we just focus on getting the crates moved and the invoices signed every single afternoon.
