Khandge Service Station

Khandge Service Station is situated in Dhabahde Talegaon, specifically near the 10th Main in the 3rd Block. We are right there by the road, so we see a lot of cars and bikes coming through every day. Most of the work we do involves basic servicing like changing the oil, checking the brakes, or giving the vehicles a good wash. The floor is usually stained with grease and oil, which is pretty much expected for a place like this. We have a couple of lifts for the cars and a dedicated area for washing them down with the high-pressure hose. It’s a messy job and we usually end the day with our clothes soaked or covered in dirt. The local guys bring their bikes in when they hear a weird noise in the engine, and we spend a bit of time poking around to see what’s wrong. It’s not always easy to figure out, but we eventually get it sorted. The 10th Main can get pretty crowded, so sometimes cars are lined up out front waiting their turn. We don't have a waiting room with air conditioning or anything like that; people usually just stand around or go get a tea nearby while they wait. It’s a simple operation run by a few of us who know our way around an engine. We just try to keep the vehicles running right so people can get where they need to go. We've been at this spot for years.
