KEDAR BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is a small outfit located in Panvel. You can find us at Tilak Road, in the Yashomangal CHS building. Our space is Shop Number D 8/9 and Office Unit 19. It’s a practical location because it’s easy for people to stop by while they’re out doing their shopping or running errands. We spend a lot of time in the shop area, which is usually filled with samples or leftover materials from various jobs. It’s a bit of a humble setup, but it’s where all the real planning happens. We aren’t the type of company that uses big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Whether it’s a small renovation or something a bit bigger, we treat it all the same. Most of our mornings start with a quick chat about the day’s tasks over some coffee. Panvel is a growing place, and there’s always something new being built around here lately. We’re glad to be a part of that, even if our part is just one office on Tilak Road. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we keep going because we like the work.
