Kakinada Ftwz Developers Private Limited is located in Flat Number 504 and 505 at Melody, which is part of the Kesar Harmony complex. This is in Sector 6 of Kharghar. It is a residential-cum-commercial setup, and working from these flats gives the office a very different feel than a typical glass building. We are high up on the fifth floor, so we get a decent breeze when the windows are open, which is nice because Kharghar can get quite humid. The building itself, Melody, is part of a larger community, so we see families and kids around the premises. Inside 504 and 505, we have converted the rooms into workspaces. It is a bit unusual to have an office in what looks like a home, but it works for us. We have our files in what would be the bedrooms and our main meetings happen in the living area. Sector 6 is a relatively quiet part of Navi Mumbai compared to the main highway areas. We have been here for a bit and have gotten to know the security guards and the local shopkeepers. It is a very lived-in environment. There are no fancy nameplates or corporate lobbies here. Just a couple of flats where we sit and do our work every day. It feels more personal this way, and we like the settled atmosphere of the Kesar Harmony society.
