K Sahu Civil Infra Private Limited is based out of Kamothe, specifically in the Shree Krishna CHS at Plot 06, Sector 31. Our unit is FL-B/506. We do civil infrastructure work, which basically means a lot of dirt, concrete, and long hours outside. Kamothe is a developing area, so there is always some kind of road or building work happening nearby. We started this company to handle the local demand for construction and civil projects. It is a small operation. We have our own way of doing things that works for us. We are not big on meetings or long reports. We prefer to be on the ground seeing how the work is progressing. The office is really just for the official mail and keeping the books straight. Most of the real decisions happen on the job site over a quick lunch or tea. We have got a decent crew of guys who know their way around a construction site. We have seen the area change a lot over the last few years. It keeps us busy. We take on what we can handle and try to do a decent job of it. It is just us doing what we know how to do. No fancy bells or whistles here, just civil work in our corner of Maharashtra. We find that being honest about what can be done is the best way to run things.
