Jayavant Tandel & Co has been around this part of Kharghar for quite a while now. We sit at number 5, just a short walk from the railway station. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around commute times. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get things done. Most days, we are just busy with the usual paperwork and calls. The noise from the station is always there in the background, but it helps us keep track of time. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily without needing a map. We have a small team here. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a bit of a mess with files everywhere. That is just how it goes in a working office. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look like a corporate headquarters. We prefer to focus on the tasks sitting on our desks. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break. Living and working in Kharghar has its own rhythm. The station being right there means there's always a flow of people moving past our door. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here, doing the work that needs to be finished before the day ends. Most of our day is spent at our desks, talking to people who walk in.
