We are set up at Shop No-01 in the Valley Shilp building. That’s in Sector-36 of Kharghar, over in Navi Mumbai. Jay Durga Internet Services (Opc) Private Limited is basically our small operation to help people get connected. Since it is an OPC, it’s a very personal business. We aren't some giant telecom company with thousands of staff. It’s just us here in the shop, surrounded by routers, cables, and tools. Kharghar is a nice, planned out area, and Sector-36 is a good place to be. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting connections and making sure people have their internet working. It’s not glamorous work. Sometimes we are out on the streets fixing lines, and other times we are just here at the desk. We don't use corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just tell it like it is. If there’s a problem, we say so and try to fix it. Being in a housing society like Valley Shilp means we see our customers every day when they walk past the shop. It keeps us accountable. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy ads. We just rely on being there when people need help with their web service. It’s a busy life, but we like being the local internet people. We keep a ledger for the accounts and try to stay on top of the technical support calls. Sometimes we have to climb up to the roof to check the wireless equipment.
