You can find the Iwas Institute For World Affairs & Security Foundation over in Panvel. We are specifically located at Flat No. 401 in the Jayavant Galaxy building. It is on Plot 45 in Sector 4, which is a part of the Karanjade area that is still growing. Being out here is a bit different from the main rush of Mumbai, but it gives us the room we need to think. The foundation is not some massive institution with hundreds of staff members. It is more of a small, focused group of us working out of this flat. Sometimes it feels like a regular home, but there are desks everywhere and piles of papers about world affairs and security. We chose Karanjade because it is a bit quieter, which helps when you are trying to figure out complicated things. Jayavant Galaxy is a decent building, and being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood. We do not have a PR department or anyone making videos about us. We just write our reports and do our research. Some days the lift is a bit slow, but we do not mind the wait. It is a straightforward setup. We deal with serious topics, but we are just regular people doing the work from a flat in Panvel. It is not flashy, but it is where all the work for the Iwas Institute happens. The neighbors in Sector 4 are used to seeing us now.
