We are based in Alibag, which is a nice change from the usual city offices. Our place is Flat No. 406 on the 4th floor of the Shrem Sea View building in Chawadi Mohalla. International Exporters Foodparks Private Limited is mostly about handling food-related exports. Being in a coastal town like Alibag, the air is saltier and things feel a bit more relaxed, but the work is still busy. We don’t have a massive factory or a giant corporate headquarters. We just have this office space where we coordinate everything. Exporting food is a lot of work because of all the regulations and keeping things fresh. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on shipping schedules. The view from the building is nice, but we are usually too busy with spreadsheets to look out the window much. We are just a group of people trying to run a decent business. We don't have any polished slogans or fancy presentations. It’s just about getting the food from the parks to the exporters without any delays. Alibag is a small place, so everyone knows everyone. We like that feel. It makes doing business feel more personal. We just keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand, making sure the containers are loaded and the paperwork is signed. It's a steady job and we take it one day at a time.
