We are based out of Flat 503 at Reza Grandeur in Sector 35/I, Kharghar. It’s a nice enough spot in Navi Mumbai, though the wind can get a bit much coming off the hills. Indo Health Medical Tourism Private Limited was put together to help people figure out their medical travel. We aren't doctors ourselves, we just handle the logistics of getting patients to the right places. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We chose Kharghar because it’s a bit calmer than Mumbai but still close enough to everything that matters. The office is in a residential-commercial plot, so it feels more like a home than a sterile business center. We spend our days talking to hospitals and checking travel dates. It's a small team, maybe just a few of us at the desks at any given time. We don't have a big lobby with a fountain. It’s just us with our laptops and files. People reach out when they are stressed about surgery or long trips, and we try to make the paperwork less of a headache. Navigating the health system is hard, so we just act as the middleman to make it easier. We’ve been at Plot 38 for a while now. It’s a steady job and we like helping people get where they need to go for their health. Sometimes we stay late because of time zone differences with other countries. We just drink our coffee and keep typing. It’s a practical way to help folks out.
