Indianmedtrip Healthcare Consultants is located at No. 2A in the Hill View Apartments in Sector 30, Kharghar. It’s a quiet part of the suburb, and the name of the building actually makes sense because you can see the hills from this area. Our office is set up inside one of the apartments, which gives it a very different feel than a typical commercial building. It’s more relaxed and feels a bit like home, though we are definitely here to work. We spend our days on the phone or responding to emails from people who need help with their healthcare plans. There are plenty of files and charts around the room. We don’t have a big reception desk or a shiny lobby. It’s just a few of us sitting around tables with our laptops. The Sector 30 area is a bit away from the main traffic of Kharghar, which is nice because it stays fairly peaceful. We’ve been doing this for some time now and have a system for how we manage the information that comes in. Every day is a bit different depending on who calls us. We just try to stay on top of the details and make sure no one is waiting too long for an answer. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves. We’re just here in the apartment building, doing our jobs and watching the weather change.
