Imperial Auto Industries Ltd. is over at Gat No.227 in Nanekarwadi. It’s a busy spot, mostly because of the trucks coming in and out all day long. We spend most of our time dealing with parts and metal components that go into cars and bigger machines. The shop floor is where everything happens. It’s usually pretty loud with the sound of tools and guys calling out to each other over the noise. We don’t really have much of a fancy office setup here; it’s mostly just desks covered in papers and blueprints. Some days it gets quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up around the industrial area. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the parts are sized right before they get packed up. It's not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know how the machines act on a hot day. We grab tea from the stall nearby when things slow down for a bit. There’s always something that needs fixing or a stack of metal that needs moving to the next station. It’s just how things go at Nanekarwadi. We don't spend time on big speeches or polished presentations. We just stay at the benches and handle the orders as they come in.
