We've been over here in Old Panvel for a while now. Our office is tucked away off Thana Road, near Thirthraj CHS. It’s a busy spot in Navi Mumbai, but we like it. Most days you'll find us out at the sites, making sure things are actually getting done right. Construction is messy work, honestly. There's always some delay with materials or the rain in Maharashtra messes with the schedule, but that's just how it goes in this business. We started Immunity Construction Private Limited because we knew the area well and saw people needed decent work done without a lot of fuss. It isn't a fancy operation. We don't have a big front desk or anything. It's just a few of us trying to keep projects moving along. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Raigarh is a nightmare, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, we’re in that B-108 building. The sign might be a bit small, but someone is usually around. We handle the paperwork and the planning from here, then head out to wherever the dirt is moving. It’s hard work, and the sun gets pretty brutal during the summer months, but seeing a building actually stand up at the end makes it worth the trouble. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay organized. That's pretty much who we are. Just local folks doing building work in Panvel and Raigarh.
