Our setup is more traditional, working out of a house where there is always a bit of chaos and a lot of work happening. We handle various construction tasks, mostly focusing on the local Raigarh area. It is a family-style environment here, where everyone knows their job and just does it. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to, which doesn't always happen on time. Panvel is a busy place these days, and we are right in the thick of it. We don’t use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We build things, we fix problems on-site, and we try to keep things moving so there aren't too many delays. The office gets a bit dusty with all the files and the samples of stone or tile lying around. It’s just how we work. We’ve been in Kalundre for a while and we like the pace of things here. It feels real, and it’s where we feel most comfortable running the business every day. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people.
