Gopico Developers Private Limited

Gopico Developers Private Limited is based out of Shop Number 19 in the Prajapati Gaurav building. We are located at Plot Number 3 in Sector-2, Kharghar. It is a pretty standard shop space that we have turned into our main office over the years. Kharghar is a nice area and it is growing every single day. We have seen it change a lot since we first moved in. We handle property development and some light construction work. It is a small team here, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We are not trying to be the biggest developer in all of Navi Mumbai. We just want to do projects that we can be proud of. Most days, the office is full of blueprints and the smell of fresh tea. We do not have a formal dress code here. Usually, we are in jeans and old shirts because we are often out looking at land or checking on the workers. We like being in a shop-front because people can just walk in and ask us questions. It feels more neighborly that way. We do not use those complicated contracts that nobody can understand. We try to keep our explanations simple for the clients. If a project is going to take six months, we tell them six months. Raigarh is a big district, and we travel around it a lot. This office is just our home base. We are just regular people building things.
