Gerosa Nivas

Gerosa Nivas is located over at 1145 Chakan Mundhwa. It’s been here for a while now and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. Dealing with the 410501 area code for years means we’ve seen a lot of changes around the streets. We just do our thing every day without making a big fuss about it. The building itself stays pretty busy most of the time. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much but that is just how it is around here. We try to keep things tidy and running as they should. It’s not a fancy place by any means but it works for what it is. People come and go and we just make sure everything is in its place. The weather can get a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby but we just sweep it up and keep going. If you are looking for the spot it is right on the main stretch there. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy like that. Most folks just find us by the address. It is a solid place to be. We have been part of this community for a long time and the neighbors are alright. Life moves pretty fast in Chakan but here at the nivas things stay regular. We just handle the day to day stuff and make sure the gates are shut at night. Our rooms are plain but they are clean enough for anyone looking for a place to stay or do business. We aren't trying to be a five star spot, just a reliable one for the local crowd.
