Garad Foundation

We started Garad Foundation a while back here in Sector 12. Being at Ashoka Residency makes it easy to handle things right from where we live. Panvel is growing fast, and we saw plenty of work that needed doing around Kharghar. It’s not a big fancy office, just a flat at A/1403 where we keep our papers and meet up. Most days, we’re out on the ground, but this is the home base. We keep things pretty simple. There isn’t a huge team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to help out where it makes sense. Sometimes people stop by the plot number 3 area to talk about local issues. We try to listen and see if we can pitch in. It’s not always easy balancing everything, but we do what we can. The neighborhood knows us, and we know them. It feels right being part of the community here. We don’t have a lot of big talk. Just everyday tasks and making sure we don’t lose track of why we started this in the first place. Kharghar has its own set of challenges, and we just try to be useful. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the routine keeps us busy. If someone needs a hand or some advice on local stuff, they usually find their way to our door. It’s a quiet spot, but there’s always something going on. We are located at Plot No. 3, Sector 12, Panvel. Living and working in the same area helps us stay connected to what is really happening on the street.
