Fluecrete Building Elements Private Limited

We started Fluecrete Building Elements Private Limited a while back. We're over at Om Sagar Chs in Sector 21, Kharghar. Most days we are busy figuring out how to get things made right. It isn’t always easy keeping everything running smooth, but we manage. People stop by the office in Flat 02 sometimes to talk shop. The building trade is tough work. We deal with specific parts for buildings, mostly the stuff people don't think about until they need it. The area here has changed a lot since we moved in. It used to be much quieter. Now there’s construction everywhere you look. We just try to get our daily tasks done without too much fuss. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but that's just part of owning a business in Navi Mumbai. Our team is small. We know each other's families and what's going on in the neighborhood. It's not some giant factory where nobody knows your name. If you walk into Plot 19, you'll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some drawings. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a workspace where we get things done. It feels good to see something we worked on actually being used in a new house or a commercial site. We just keep our heads down and keep working. That’s pretty much how we spend our time here in Kharghar, just dealing with the daily grind of the industry.
