Fivebric Realty Private Limited is located out in Ulwe, which is in the Raigarh district of Navi Mumbai. Our office is in a flat, number 602, in a building on Plot 171 in Sector 23. Ulwe is an interesting place because it is still growing so much. There are new buildings popping up everywhere you look. We spend most of our time keeping track of these new developments and talking to the people who are moving in. We are a small crew. It is not a formal corporate office; it’s just a place where we sit and work on our laptops. We don't have any big fancy speeches about what we do. We just help people find a place to live or an investment property in this part of Navi Mumbai. The commute out here can be a bit long for some, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes the roads are still being finished, so it can be a bit dusty, but that’s just part of a new area. We know the local builders and what is coming up next. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics or anything like that. We just show people what is available and let them decide. It’s a straightforward way to work and it keeps us busy every day while the city grows around us.
