FATEHPUR BABA CONSTRUCTION AND HOMEINTERIOR PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate out of Shop Number 8 in the Neelgagan building over in Kamothe. It’s a decent spot in Sector 6, near Plot 7A. Being in a housing society like this means we see our neighbors every day. We handle a mix of construction and interior work, so there is usually some dust on the desks and samples of wood or tiles lying around. It isn't a showroom with bright lights, just a working office where we figure out how to fix up homes. Panvel is growing so fast, and we see new buildings coming up everywhere. Sometimes it feels like there is never enough time to get everything done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or visiting sites nearby to check on the progress. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through bills or looking at floor plans. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fan is always running. We don’t do big fancy presentations. We just sit down and talk about what needs doing in a house. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other well. We’ve been in this part of Kamothe for a bit, and we like being part of the local scene. It’s just daily work, making sure the guys on site are doing what they should and that materials arrive on time. We usually close up early on Sundays to get some rest.
