Engineers India Limited has a location at Ch2 26, Kendriya Vihar, Sector 11 in Khar Ghar, Navi Mumbai. This is quite different from our Delhi spots, being out here in Navi Mumbai. The office is situated within the Kendriya Vihar area, which gives it a more community feel. We’re a dedicated team of engineers and support staff who spend our days working through various technical challenges. The office is pretty functional. We have our workstations, a small area for meetings, and plenty of space for all the documents we have to keep track of. It’s not a flashy environment. We don't believe in spending money on expensive decor when the work is what matters. We use simple English and talk to each other plainly. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just focus on the projects and try to meet our deadlines. Sometimes the Mumbai weather makes things a bit slow, but we keep pushing through. We drink a lot of tea and stay focused on the task at hand. If you’re looking for us, we’re right here in Sector 11. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don’t make big promises; we just do the work as best as we can. It’s a steady routine of calculations, drawings, and coordination. That’s what our life in the Khar Ghar office is like. We just try to do our bit every day and keep the projects moving.
