Embio Ltd.

You can find Embio Ltd. at Plot E-21-22 in the MIDC Industrial Estate. We are in the Raigad district area, which means we get a lot of heavy rain during the monsoon season. The whole estate gets a bit muddy then. We work with chemicals here, so there is always a particular smell in the air that you stop noticing after ten minutes. The plant is quite large, with a lot of pipes and tanks everywhere. We spend our days monitoring the gauges and making sure everything is flowing where it should. It is not the kind of job where you stay clean; your clothes usually end up with some spots or dust by the end of the shift. We have a small administrative block where we handle the billing and the logistics. It is mostly metal chairs and old filing cabinets in there. We don't really do much in the way of fancy presentations. We just focus on the production schedule. Sometimes the local monkeys from the nearby trees come onto the roof and make a lot of noise, which is a bit of a distraction. We have a tea break at 4 PM sharp, and that is when most of the shop floor news gets shared. It is a steady rhythm and we have been doing it this way for years.
