Ekata Panchakroshi Infra Project Llp is based out of Deghi. This is in the Shriwardhan area, which is quite different from the busy cities of Navi Mumbai or Thane. Our office is actually at the residence of Shri Janardan Vitthal Kasare. It’s a very local, family-oriented setup. We deal with infrastructure projects in this coastal region. Life here moves a bit slower, which is nice. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve things in the Taluka. Being in Deghi means we are close to the people we actually work for. We don't have a high-rise office or a fleet of cars. Most of the work involves talking to the locals and figuring out what the area needs. The commute to the bigger towns can be long, so we try to do as much as we can right here. The air is better here than in Mumbai, that’s for sure. We often sit on the porch to discuss the project plans. It’s more of a community thing than a corporate one. Janardan’s place is easy to find if you’re from around here. Everyone knows everyone else. We take on infra jobs that make sense for the village and the surrounding panchakroshi. It’s not about being the biggest company. It’s about doing stuff that stays and helps the local families. We keep our records simple and our work honest. Our projects are all about the local community and the local roads.
