Dwarka Sweets Llp

Dwarka Sweets Llp is run from Flat A/503 in Plot 49, over in Section 10 of Kamothe. Navi Mumbai is where we decided to set up because we live nearby and it made sense. Working from a flat in a housing society means things stay pretty grounded. We don’t have a big storefront here; it’s more for the management and the planning of our sweet business. The room we use as an office has a big table and a few chairs. We spend a lot of time on our phones coordinating with the kitchen and the delivery guys. It’s a quiet building for the most part, except in the evenings when everyone comes home from work. Sometimes the smell of what people are cooking for dinner wafts in through the windows. We’re just a small group trying to keep the traditions of good sweets alive. We handle all the orders and the billing from this flat. It’s nothing fancy, just a few computers and a lot of ledgers. My brother takes care of the local accounts while I look at the sourcing. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that on the walls. We just have a list of things to do today and another list for tomorrow. It’s practical and it works for us. We just want to make sure people get what they ordered on time.
