The building is right opposite the railway station, so it's very easy to get to if you're coming by train. You can hear the announcements from the station throughout the day. It’s a busy spot with people always rushing to catch their commute. Our clinic is a bit more relaxed than the station outside. We do a lot of traditional Ayurvedic work and Panchakarma. The rooms sometimes have the scent of herbal oils and incense. It's a functional space on the second floor. You have to walk through the Om Shivam Centre building to find the A-wing. It’s an older building, and the stairs get a lot of use. We don't have a big corporate feel here at all. It’s just a local clinic where we talk to people about their health and use traditional methods. The staff is local, and we know the rhythms of the station traffic well. Some patients come from quite far away because the train stops right there. We just keep things moving, seeing one person after another. It’s a simple, honest way to run a clinic in a spot as busy as Sec- 20. We start work early and finish late every day.
