We are over in Kamothe, specifically in Sector-05. Our little office is in flat 302 at Laxmi Niwas CHS. It's not a big corporate place, just a simple spot where we handle our paperwork and meet with people about building projects. My family and I have been in the Panvel area for a long time, so we decided to start Devinfra Builders & Developers LLP to help with the local housing needs. It’s busy work. Raigarh is growing so fast these days and there’s always something to do. We spend most of our time out on the construction sites rather than sitting behind a desk. You’ll usually see us checking on the masonry or talking to the suppliers. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or the materials get delayed at the port. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give. We just focus on getting the walls up and making sure the plumbing works like it should. Sometimes the office is empty because we’re all out working, so it’s best to call ahead. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, but we keep at it. Building houses is just what we know how to do. If you’re looking for a local team that actually shows up and does the work, that is us. We aren't the biggest company in Thane, but we try to do right by the people who hire us.
