Density Builders Llp

We are over at Density Builders Llp, based out of Govind Vihar, which is room 703 on Plot No 62. It’s in Sector 17 of Roadpali, right in the Kalamboli area. If you know this part of Navi Mumbai, you know it’s been growing quite a lot recently. We’ve been part of that, just doing our bit on the ground. Our days are mostly filled with checking on sites and making sure the supplies like sand and steel are actually where they are supposed to be. It’s not always smooth sailing. Sometimes a machine breaks down or the rain starts pouring and we have to stop everything for a while. We don’t mind the hard work though. It is what we know how to do. Being in Kalamboli means we are close to the highway, which helps with getting things moved around, but the traffic can still be a nightmare. We keep a pretty simple operation. There’s no big corporate board or anything like that here. We just have our small team and we try to do a decent job on every project we take on. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes we go home covered in dust, but that’s the life of a builder. We’ve seen this neighborhood change so much, and it’s interesting to be right in the middle of it all. We just take things one day at a time and keep building.
