You can find Createtogether Foundation in Kalamboli, over in the Raigarh district. Our address is Sector 10, A-4, 1-3. It is actually at Manojkumar R. Chaudhary’s place. Being in a residential sector means things stay pretty grounded and quiet. We do not have a big sign outside or a glass front. It is just a regular door in a regular building like all the others. We started this because we wanted to see people working on things together in the community. It is not complicated. We spend a lot of time just chatting and figuring out how to fix small problems in the area. Kalamboli is a bit far out for some people, but it is where we live and work every day. The office is small. We usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through. There is always someone around, even if it is just to check the mail or water the plants. We do not follow a strict corporate schedule. If something needs doing at 8 PM, we just stay and do it. If we need to start late because of family, we do that too. It is a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys at the tea stall. Most of our projects are quite simple and hands-on. We do not use big words to describe what we do.
