We are based out of House Number 1765 in Mhasla. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we do our engineering work. Being an OPC means it’s a pretty small operation, mainly just me and a few people helping out when things get busy. We don’t have a flashy office in a glass tower. It’s just a regular house where we set up our computers and tools. Mhasla is where we are from, so it made sense to start the business here. We deal with various engineering solutions, mostly helping out on local projects that need a bit of technical oversight. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we make it work. It’s a lot of individual effort. I spend a lot of time checking numbers and making sure the designs are actually doable on the ground. It’s not always easy being a small player in a big industry. You have to be careful with every detail. People in the village know where to find me if they have questions. It’s a very direct way of working. No middle management or corporate layers to go through. If there is a problem, I’m the one who fixes it. That’s how we’ve always done it. It’s practical and it keeps us busy. We don’t need much more than that to keep things going.
