Our business is based in Ulwe, which is a part of Raigarh that’s still growing every day. We’re located at Prathamesh Paradise, specifically in Flat No A-502 on Plots 174-175 in Sector-19. It’s a residential building, so it’s a bit quiet, which is a nice change of pace. Running Chaitanyaa Dugdhalay Farms India Private Limited from here means we’re right in the middle of where people live. You can see the new buildings going up all around us every time you look out the window. There isn't a big fancy lobby or a receptionist here. It’s just us working out of the apartment, making sure the farm side of things is running okay. A lot of time is spent on the phone with the farms and the people who distribute for us. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, and everyone has to walk up the stairs, which is just part of the day. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that stuff. The goal is just to make sure the work is done right. It’s a simple operation, really. We’re just local people who decided to start a company. There is some pride in the fact that we’re doing this ourselves without any big corporate backing. It’s practical, it’s honest, and it keeps us busy. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks.
