Castle Pharma

Castle Pharma is located out in the MIDC area of Bandhan, which is part of Alibag. Most people think of Alibag as a place for weekend trips or the beach, but for us, it is just where we go to work every single morning. Our plot is No- 17-1B. It is a bit of a drive to get here depending on where you are coming from, and the roads can be a little bumpy in the monsoon season. The facility isn't something out of a movie; it is a working pharma site. We have our equipment and our storage areas, and we just try to keep things organized. It gets pretty quiet out here compared to the main town, which is nice sometimes. You can hear the birds occasionally if the machines aren't too loud. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings or anything corporate like that. Usually, it is just the staff checking the inventory and making sure the batches are moving along as they should. We have been at this location for some time, and we have gotten to know the other business owners around the MIDC. It is a small community in a way. The power goes out once in a while, so we have to deal with that, but otherwise, it is a steady routine. We just show up, do the jobs, and go home without making a big fuss about it.
