Caster Projects Private Limited is based out of a shop in New Panvel East. It is Shop Number 11 in the Dolphin CHSL, which sits on Plot-22 in Sector-13. Raigad is a big district, and Panvel is like the gateway to it. Being in a shop instead of a big office tower makes us easy to find. You can just walk right up. We do a lot of project-related tasks from this small space. It is often crowded with blueprints and files. The area around Sector-13 is pretty active with people going about their business. We like being in Raigarh-410206 because it is connected to everything. There is no fancy lobby here. Just a place to sit down and talk about what needs to get built. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from accounting to checking on site progress. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the monsoon rains make getting around a bit of a mess, but we manage. We are not interested in sounding like a huge corporation. We are just a local business handling projects in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. People know where to find us if they need anything. We have been in this shop for a while and it suits our needs perfectly.
