BUILD SQUARE DEVELOPERS LLP

Our company, Build Square Developers LLP, is based in Panvel. We have our office in Karanjade, specifically in Flat-01 on Plot No-34 in Sector-2. This is in the Pargaon area with the 410206 pincode in Raigarh. It’s a newer part of town, so there is always a lot of construction going on around us. Our office is on the ground floor, which is very convenient for moving things in and out and meeting people. It’s a small place, just a flat that we’ve converted into a working space. We have a few desks and a lot of files. Working in Karanjade means we are right where the action is for our industry. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just try to do a good job on the projects we take on. Build Square Developers LLP is a small outfit. We manage everything ourselves, from the site visits to the accounting. It can get a bit dusty with all the building happening nearby, but that’s just part of being in Panvel. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and stay honest. The office is simple and functional. We spend most of our time there when we aren't out at a site checking on things. It’s just a regular group of people working hard in Sector-2. We’ve been here since the early days.
