Brand Ocean Private Limited

We are based in Kharghar, which is a nice part of Navi Mumbai. Our office is in the Sai Bhakti CHS building, specifically in Flat Number 404 on Plot 129A. Since it is a residential building, it doesn't really feel like a typical office. Brand Ocean Private Limited is a small operation, and we like it that way. We have turned the different rooms of the flat into our work areas. There is one room for our computers and another one where we keep all our files and supplies. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is out, but being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. The atmosphere here is very relaxed. We don't have any big meetings or corporate presentations. We just talk to each other across the hallway. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea and snacks. It’s not a perfectly organized space; there are usually some papers scattered around and a few half-empty coffee mugs. Kharghar is a good location because it’s not as crowded as some other parts of the city. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and some of the other people in the building. It’s just a simple, quiet place where we can focus on our tasks without too many distractions. We like the local vibe here and it feels good to have a dedicated space to work from.
