BKALYANJI REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Khopoli. We work from Flat No. 7 in the Ambika Niwas building, which is located in Veena Nagar, Khalapur. It’s a quiet residential area, so it doesn't feel like a typical business district. We like it that way because it’s less stressful for everyone involved. The office is inside a flat, so it has a very homey feel to it. We have a few desks set up in the main room and some storage for all our documents in the back. Khopoli is a small place compared to Mumbai or Pune, and everyone kind of knows everyone else. We focus on realty and property stuff around the local area. We don't have a fancy website or a PR team writing our stuff for us. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which wouldn't happen in a big office block. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun out during those hot afternoons. We spend a lot of our time out on the field looking at plots or meeting with local families. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on the boring paperwork part of the business. It’s a straightforward life. We just try to do right by the people who come to us and keep things running smoothly without making too much of a fuss.
