Bioiva Pharmaceuticals is over in Panvel, Raigad. Specifically, we are at BL-2 B-104 in the Green Acre Phase II complex in Wakadi. It’s a residential area mostly, so the atmosphere is pretty calm compared to the middle of Mumbai. We’re on the first floor of the building. The survey number is 3/0 if you’re looking at the old maps. Panvel has grown so much lately, and there are always new buildings going up around us. Getting here is straightforward enough, though the walk from the main road can be a bit long if the sun is out. The office itself is just a standard flat that we’ve set up for our work. We have our files, a couple of computers, and some chairs. Nothing fancy. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our biscuits and chai. Most of the people living in the complex probably don't even realize there's a pharmaceutical company running out of one of the units. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. The air is a bit cleaner out here in Panvel than it is in the city. Sometimes we have to head out to the main market area for supplies, which is a bit of a ride. Mostly we just stay here and handle our daily tasks. It’s a decent place to spend the day working. We’ve made the space comfortable enough for our small team to stay busy through the week.
