Our place is located at House No. 189-2 in Kharpudi BK, right in the Tal-Khed area. Bhajibazar Revolution Private Limited started because we wanted to do things differently with the local market. We are working out of Sushila Kaluram Date's house, so it’s a very home-based setup. It isn't a big glass building or anything corporate. You’ll mostly find us sitting around the wooden table planning out how to get the vegetables moved from one place to another. Kharpudi is a quiet village, but we stay busy. There is always someone coming by to talk about the crops or the market prices. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up doing a lot of work over the phone or just talking to people face to face. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't have fancy uniforms or a front desk. Most days we are just in regular clothes, drinking chai and looking at spreadsheets or talking to the farmers nearby. It’s a bit of a change for us, trying to work on how the bhaji bazaar works around here. There is a lot of dust and it gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep going. The neighbors know us well, and the address is easy to find if you know the local landmarks. We just want to get the work done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a small team, but we know the ground reality of this area.
